To generate your stories, images, and audio, the content you create — including story prompts, character details such as names, and any voice recordings you provide — is processed by trusted AI sub-processors on our behalf. We use OpenAI and Google (Gemini) to generate text and images, and ElevenLabs to generate and clone voices. These providers act under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing the service to us and prohibit using it to train their own models where such controls are available. We may also share anonymised, aggregated data for analytical purposes only.

Marketing Communications

We may send you marketing emails about new features, updates, and promotions. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account preferences or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We will only send marketing emails if you have not opted out.

Children's Privacy

Noctly is designed to be used by families, including children under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Only a parent or legal guardian may create an account, and they manage it and provide any information about their children. Any child details a parent adds (such as a child's name or age) are used to personalise stories and are processed by our AI sub-processors — OpenAI, Google (Gemini), and ElevenLabs — solely to generate that content, as described in the Data Sharing section above.
